BIZARRE MIXER NEXT THURSDAY THE 17th
Let’s start then New Year off right with an all out mixer at Gulfport Beach Bazaar.
We’ve had lots of new members over the past year, so now is the time for the old to meet the new and the new to meet the old so we can do beautiful business together over the coming years.
If you haven’t met the new folks at the Bazaar, this will be a great chance to do it and to find out how and why you will be able to do almost all your Postal business right here in town. Most importantly, Biff and Angela Lagan are terrific hosts and never do anything half-way. Almost everybody will walk away with at least one good idea, one good money saving contact and a whale of a good time. Also, plan on buying a bunch of stamps to beat the upcoming price increases. We just picked up a couple of rolls of 45 cent stamps.
See you there! Thursday, January 17th at 5:30 pm

PACOS TACOS COMES TO TOWN!
Barbara Banno and Jeannie Kunkle along with their friends Amy Hodges and Diana Bear are taking over the former Salty Sal’s on Beach Boulevard. They hope to open Paco’s Tacos, (the real Paco is Barbara and Jeannie’s Chihuahua), by early February.
The word is that they will be serving home made tacos, burritos and all sorts of Mexican staples. Beer and wine will also be served. The menu will be limited and the prices right.
We hear Amy and Diana may be at the Mixer. Come and meet them and get the latest scoop.
If this new venture is as successful as Stella’s, downtown will have yet another dining attraction.
THE PINK FLAMINGO HOME TOUR OF 2013 IS HAPPENING ON MARCH 9!!
This year’s featured homes will be in and around Pasadena Yacht and Country Club for the first time in the nine year history of the event.
Right now we are seeking volunteers and more homes for the tour.
We need folks who will help in putting together the guide book and selling ads to be in it. We think we may have a naming sponsor, but the deal isn’t done yet. So, any member wishing to associate themselves with this stellar event can still get in on the act.
Call Bob Newcomb at 344-3711 if you are interested.
This is a great chance to get involved in a fun event with lots of before and after parties.
New ideas are always welcome. Criticisms of what we are doing are the springboards to improvement.
